COLOMBA WITH BLACK CHERRIES GR 1000

A mixture of fresh eggs, butter, cane sugar and honey, naturally flavoured with Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar and leavened with small quantities of Filippi sourdough, jealously guarded and kept alive with regular daily refreshments for 40 years. To this traditional recipe we have added lots of irregularly shaped whole black cherries. A delicious colomba, with a delicate bouquet and a sweet flavour, but at the same time pleasantly acidulous.
