» When will my order be delivered?
Barring unforeseen circumstances, your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. The courier will send tracking information to the email address you entered during registration. If you don't receive the email, try checking your
spam folder.
» I placed an order but the payment wasn't successful. How can I repay it?
You can go to the Orders area, select the unpaid order, and resubmit it for payment.
If the order isn't paid for, it will still be visible in your past orders; it will never be shipped, but it can't be cancelled.
» I placed and paid for an order, but I'd like to add another product. How can I do this?
Once payment is completed, you can no longer add additional products. You must place a new order for the missing products, and any shipping costs for the new order cannot be reversed.
» Are there products suitable for those with lactose intolerance?
Our extra virgin olive oil specialty is completely free of milk and dairy products; therefore, it can also be enjoyed by those with lactose allergies or intolerances.
However, please note that lactose-free products are not produced in separate departments, so olive oil products may contain traces, albeit minimal, of dairy products.
» Can I ship one of your products to a relative who lives abroad?
Orders from the Filippi online shop cannot currently be shipped abroad.
» Can I place a single order with delivery to multiple addresses?
No, each order can only have one destination. For different destinations, you must place separate orders.
» When will a sold-out product be restocked?
Sold-out products are restocked as quickly as possible; there is no standardized timeframe for all products, as it can vary from product to product.
» Can I reserve a product that is currently unavailable?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve products. Each product can be purchased and shipped only when available.
