For this delicious Colomba with pears and dark chocolate we used candied pears naturally without added sugar; Chocolate is made only from criollo and Trinitario cocoa, a product of the highest quality.

The dove with pears and chocolate is made with the usual dough of flour, eggs, butter, untreated vanilla berries from Madagascar to which is added a soft and sweet heart with many pieces of candied pear and chocolate chips ... a delight!

Despite the delicious ingredients, this dove with pears and chocolate maintains an incredible balance of flavors, mixing the sweetness of candied pears with the slightly bitter taste of dark chocolate, which together are perfectly balanced giving the palate an apotheosis of pleasure.
