PANETTONE WITH BLACK CHERRIES GR 1000

The Panettone Speciale Filippi with Cherries is made with sweet and pulpy sour cherries mixed with fresh eggs, brown sugar and honey, naturally flavored with Bourbon vanilla berries from Madagascar and made to rise with small amounts of Filippi mother yeast, jealously guarded and kept alive with regular daily refreshments for 40 years.

This is the most delicious of the fruit panettone: the taste and aroma of black cherries fill the palate and the air; the candied fruit remains juicy and dyes the soft and "airy" dough of a delicate pink -purple color ... greedy only at the sight!
