Panettone with Pears and Chocolate is made with the usual dough of wheat flour, eggs, butter, natural yeast, Madagascar vanilla pods to which is added a soft and sweet heart with lots of candied pear pieces and chocolate chips... a delight!

The pears are naturally candied and the chocolate is extraordinary: obtained only from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa varieties, the most prized qualities on the market.

This Special Filippi Panettone is also the result of extensive research: in our production nothing is left to chance, the ingredients are selected and tested before being offered to customers, once distributed we await their feedback that helps us improve step by step.
