
Colomba with candied cherries
A mixture of fresh eggs, butter, cane sugar and honey, naturally flavoured with Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar and leavened with small quantities of Filippi sourdough, jealously guarded and kept alive with regular daily refreshments for 40 years. To this traditional recipe we have added many whole black cherries, with an irregular shape. A delicious colomba, with a delicate bouquet and a sweet flavour, but at the same time pleasantly acidulous.
