Colomba with dark chocolate

Filippi's Colomba is dedicated to chocolate lovers, and to all those who think, like in Willy Wonka's film "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", that chocolate allows us to "go beyond the confines of ordinary life, directing us towards the search for pleasure".

We have selected an extraordinary chocolate obtained only from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa varieties. The 62% dark chocolate has herbaceous notes and slightly acidic tones, which create a good balance between sweetness and typical chocolate accents.
