DAMERINO PANETTONE WITHOUT CANDIED FRUIT GR 1000

The Damerino Panettone Without Candied Fruit  was created to satisfy those who do not like candied fruit. It is a panettone prepared in the traditional way with our mother yeast, which we have been jealously guarding for 40 years and keeping alive with daily refreshments. 

The same ingredients of high quality and freshness that we use in the Classic Panettone Filippi, but this time with only raisin.

The soft dough is enthused by soft selected raisins and scented by Bourbon vanilla berries from Madagascar. 

From Panettoni Filippi are completely banned additives and aromas of any kind, every ingredient, from flour to raisins, is selected on the basis of qualitative and ethical criteria that push us to collaborate with companies that embrace our same philosophy.
