Colomba with candied apricots
The special colomba with apricot is a traditional colomba Filippi one step ahead. In this colomba we focused on the sweetness. Nothing is ever too sweet in life! We wanted to emphasize the traditional sweetness of the colomba Filippi, with the addition of apricots from region of Piemonte. The classic dough of flour, eggs, butter, Madagascar natural vanilla berries, is embellished with velvety and special apricots from the region. A rich and crunchy glaze of almonds hides a heart made even softer and sweeter by many pieces of apricot. Incredibly soft and with an even more attractive and enveloping scent. Just special.
