IN-PIÈ, in Veneto dialect the word means “standing” - given the possibility of displaying the product vertically - it’s the summer alternative to Strucà: the same quality, but with a “lighter flavor” for the hot season. Also this kind of product is baked only with extra virgin olive oil and therefore without butter, suitable for the family, easy to portion and therefore also perfect to take on trips or to picnics.
